A transformative year across the Baresque Group

As we close out 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a year defined by momentum, innovation and the strengthening of our shared identity as the Baresque Group. Across all our brands, Baresque Australia, Zintra Acoustic Solutions, func. and botton+gardiner, we have achieved milestones that not only elevate our individual businesses but reinforce the power of operating as a connected, collaborative Group.
One group, one vision
This year we launched the new Baresque Group website and unveiled our unified NeoCon showroom. Major steps in bringing our brands together under one umbrella. These initiatives were more than just new platforms; they were statements of who we are: a design-led, solutions-driven Group committed to excellence across materials, acoustics, modular architecture and urban furniture. Both launches strengthened how the market experiences our portfolio and demonstrated the value of our increased alignment.

Award-winning innovation
Innovation remains at the core of what we do, and this year we received industry recognition that underscores this commitment. Both Zintra and func. were honoured with Best of NeoCon awards, a testament to the creativity, engineering and customer-centered design thinking that our teams bring to every release.
Zintra’s new products of bold geometries, immersive surfaces and advanced acoustic performance, captured the imagination of designers globally. The brand's 2025 launches set a new bar for acoustic design and reinforced Zintra’s position as a leader in the category.
func. introduced Cooee Spaces, a modular micro-architecture system that has resonated strongly with the market. With its emphasis on seamless flexibility, scalable planning and expressive colour, Cooee Spaces establishes a new benchmark for how workplaces and public environments can adapt and evolve.
Global growth and local leadership
It was also a significant year for botton+gardiner. In the U.S., the launch of the Prospect Collection showcased thoughtful design and engineering, particularly its distinctive floating aesthetic.

Meanwhile, in Australia, botton+gardiner further cemented its reputation as the bin expert - launching the Torquay Collection at the start of the year and continuing to earn the trust of councils and public-space specifiers nationwide.
Looking ahead to 2026, an exciting new furniture collection is on the horizon. Designed to help customers create inclusive, visually cohesive precincts, this collection embraces soft curves and human-centered design elements that support belonging, connection and visual identity across outdoor environments.
Baresque Australia at 50: a golden milestone

This year, Baresque Australia celebrated its 50th anniversary, a remarkable milestone that speaks to decades of craftsmanship, innovation and partnership. Our team captured stories and moments spanning five decades and our commemorative releases celebrated the icons that shaped Baresque’s identity. From material expertise to standout projects such as the Beach Hotel, featured in Season 7 of Australia by Design, Baresque continues to lead through design, quality and deep client trust.
A stronger group, a stronger team
Just as important as our product and brand achievements are the people behind them. This year, the Baresque Group team continued to grow, strengthening our capabilities and expanding our reach. We deepened partnerships across markets, welcomed new talent and fostered a culture that celebrates both professionalism and creativity - including Halloween festivities complete with pumpkin carving.
We also continued to build on our partnership with Northcott Disability Services, marking 20 years together - a collaboration that reflects our shared commitment to accessibility, inclusion and meaningful community impact.
What stands out most is the shared spirit across all corners of the Group: a dedication to excellence, a willingness to challenge convention and a passion for creating great things together.

As we move into 2026, we do so with optimism, clarity and ambition. Our brands are stronger than ever, our product pipeline is rich with opportunity, and our team is united by a common purpose: to design meaningful products and experiences that shape the way people work, live and connect.
